This certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, an international authority created 30 years ago, which evaluates excellence in Human Resources (HR) practices. This enables participating organizations to be approved, certified, and recognized as employers of choice.
The Top Employers Institute program certifies companies based on their participation and the results they obtain in the “HR Best Practices Survey.” This survey covers six main HR areas, spread over 20 themes such as talent management strategy, work environment, recruitment of new staff, training and skills development, well-being at work, and diversity and inclusion.
